Infants born to mothers who have been using this triamcinolone for an extended time may have low levels usp corticosteroid hormone. Coadministration of corticosteroids and acetonide usually results in inhibition of response to warfarin, although there have been some conflicting reports. How should this medicine be used. Avoid prolonged use on the face, in the genital or rectal areas, and in skin creases and armpits unless directed to do so by your doctor.
